We meet as a group on Sunday mornings in Allegan High School at 10:30. Just follow the signs and the friendly faces to the Events Center. We are a very laid back group, everyone is welcome and you can wear what you want!
Worship
First off, we believe that all that we do – especially in our Sunday gatherings – is an act of worship. Each person who visits us on Sunday mornings worships God in different ways because God has created us to be unique. Many of the people that come are just beginning their journey of faith, not sure who Christ is or even what they believe. We want to be a place where everyone feels welcome and where anyone can come to learn, worship, and grow closer to God. But, this can’t be at the expense of the holiness of God, which calls us to worship Him with nothing less than our entire lives. We invite everyone to join us in giving thanks and praise to God. Below are some specifics about our Sundays.

There are 4 components to our Sunday Gatherings:
Teaching
Each time we come together we want to give some kind of teaching or instruction from God’s Word – the Bible. This may not always look the same. Sometimes it might be a more traditional teaching sermon, other times it may be more informal.
We will also regularly have time for people in our gathering to share what God has been teaching them in their private time with Him. We understand that there are more teachers in the church than just the paid staff and we want to make sure that, as those people grow and mature in their faith, that we give them opportunities to use the gifts that God has given them.

Worship
Music
Psalm 22:3 says that, “God inhabits the praises of His people” we take that to heart and therefore music is a very important part of our
gatherings. Our music is contemporary, simple, and God-focused. We believe that music is a vital part of our time of worshiping God together and celebrating His goodness.
Prayer and Healing
As a part of each time we are together, we have a time of prayer and healing for one another because we believe and have personally experienced that prayer really does change things and that we worship a God who wants to heal. This isn’t anything weird or crazy, just some people like you talking to God on your behalf. If you need physical, emotional, relational, or spiritual healing, we’d be honored to pray for you.
Giving
Our offering is collected in boxes scattered around our meeting area. We don’t pass a collection plate because we aren’t interested in your money – we are interested in showing you the transforming love of Christ and creating an environment for you to meet God.
Regular attendees should feel free to give as an act of worship to a giving God. Those who call the Bridge their church home are expected to give willingly and sacrificially back to God, with the understanding that all the earth and everything in it belongs to God, and all that we have is God’s already.
